1. No daily inspection before startup

If the pipe fasteners outside the equipment are not checked before startup, steam leakage may occur due to loose parts, and the pressure cannot meet the ironing requirements.

Suggestion: Before starting up each time, check the fasteners at the connection of each component to ensure that the safe connection of each component is not loose. If it is loose, reinforce it in time.

2. Turn off the power supply immediately after work without pollution discharge

In order to rush after work, the power supply is directly turned off without pollution discharge, which will result in a large amount of calcium carbonate left inside the equipment and scale.

It is recommended that 2-5 minutes be reserved before going off duty every day for blowdown operation, and the power supply of the equipment shall be turned off after the blowdown is completed.

3. Scale removal is not carried out on schedule

If the water source used by the equipment is unqualified and the scale is not removed on schedule, the scale accumulated inside the equipment will lead to slow heating speed, reduced energy efficiency and increased power consumption.

Suggestion: once a month, use Hemingway descaling powder to deeply descale the furnace body, water level probe and heating pipe of the equipment.
